How do I pay for the voucher?
To purchase a voucher please click the "Buy" button on the Food Fabulous Food website. Payment is made with our friends at Paypal using a Paypal account or credit/debit card. Remember, the offer goes LIVE at 8am on Wednesday - so don't delay, purchase today!
How many Juicy vouchers am I able to get?
You can purchase as many vouchers as you like .. why not take the whole family along or everyone from the office!
This would make a great gift, but does it say on the voucher about it being a half price offer?
The voucher makes it clear it's for £50. It's a very nicely designed voucher and is perfect for friends or family as a gift.
How can I suggest other restaurants or retailers?
Tell your favourite restaurant about ‘Food Fabulous Food’, then send us a short email with the contact details (to gemma.ray@juiceliverpool.com) and the name of your contact. We will be happy to contact the restaurant and then perhaps your favourite restaurant will soon be restaurant of the week. Go 'ed, give it a go!
How quickly will I receive the voucher?
We aim to send you your voucher within 7 days via Recorded post. You can then use it at your favourite restaurant - remember to book in advance so they know you're coming!
How long are the vouchers valid?
The vouchers are valid for SIX months from when purchased - so make sure you get to the restaurant quickly before it runs out!
What do I do with the voucher in the restaurant?
Your voucher is worth £50. Just show your waiter in the restaurant and they will deduct it from the bill. Unfortunately, no change can be issued, so get eating!
Can I collect a voucher directly from Juice FM?
Unfortunatley no - The vouchers sent to you when you order them off our website. You will receive your voucher by post usually within 7 working days of placing your order.
If the Restaurant is part of a 'chain' can I use my voucher in any branch?
Vouchers can only be used in the restaurant that is specifically promoted by Juice FM. Maybe ask them to get their other branches involved when you go!
I have ordered a Juicy meal voucher but have not received a confirmation by email.
Please check that the confirmation email has not landed in your junk email folder. (It happens!!!) Alternatively there may have been a error when typing your email address. If so, please email gemma.ray@juiceliverpool.com with your full name and when you ordered the voucher and which supplier it was for. We will then check our records and contact you. Sorted!!
